At Align Hockey Management, our story begins where every hockey journey starts—on the ice. As former junior, collegiate, and professional players, we've lived firsthand the commitment, sacrifice, and dedication required to compete at the highest levels.

After our playing careers, we moved into hockey operations, serving as GMs, head coaches, and scouts. In these roles, we made the tough calls that shape rosters, create opportunities, and define careers. This insider perspective gives our athletes an advantage few ever receive—a proven roadmap for what it truly takes to advance.
