By accessing or using the services provided by Align Hockey Management ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Align Hockey Management provides hockey advisory, mentorship, and consulting services. Our services include guidance on player development, career planning, and navigating the hockey landscape. We offer professional advice based on our experience in the hockey industry, but we do not act as agents, managers, or representatives in any official capacity.

Nature of Advisory Services

Our services are strictly advisory in nature. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We provide guidance, recommendations, and advice based on our professional experience
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, placements, roster spots, scholarships, or results
• All final decisions regarding a player's career, team selection, and development are made solely by the player and their family
• Success in hockey depends on many factors beyond our control, including player performance, timing, and decisions made by third parties

No Guarantees

Align Hockey Management makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the outcome of our advisory services. We cannot and do not promise placement on any team, admission to any program, receipt of any scholarship, or achievement of any specific hockey-related goal. Our role is to provide expert guidance and support; the results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the player's skills, experience, and history
• Make your own informed decisions based on the advice provided
• Take responsibility for all decisions made regarding the player's hockey career
• Communicate openly and honestly with our team
• Understand that our advice is one input among many in your decision-making process

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align Hockey Management, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities
• Any decisions made by teams, coaches, scouts, leagues, or other third parties
• Any outcomes resulting from following or not following our advice
• Any actions or decisions made by the player or their family
• Player injuries, performance issues, or career setbacks

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Align Hockey Management, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any decisions made based on our advice.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information or player details with any third party without your explicit written consent. All information provided to us is used solely for the purpose of delivering our advisory services to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Align Hockey Management and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate the advisory relationship at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
